Description of Issue:

In this draft, Section 1 was updated to reflect the new structure of the IRG, Section 2 was updated to clarify that fifth, eighth, and ninth fields may be empty, Section 2.1 and its table were updated to add “CmptB” as a new status value and to remove the regular expression UCI-\d{5}, the table in Section 2.1 was updated to indicate that second field should be empty for duplicate entries, the table in Section 2.2 was updated to change the regular expressions for the “DYC” and “TUS” source tags and to add “UNKN” as a new source tag, and Section 2.4 was updated to indicate that the first residual stroke is no longer required for IRG submissions.
