Richard Gillam - IBM CorporationRichard Gillam is a senior development engineer on IBM's Unicode Technology team, where he contributes code and design expertise to both the Java i18n and IBM Classes for Unicode projects, chairs the I18N subcommittee of the ECMAScript working group, and engages in various side projects. He writes a column on Java programming for "C++ Report" magazine and regularly speaks and writes on a variety of programming topics. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).

license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
