Richard Gillam - IBM Corporation
Richard Gillam is a senior development engineer on IBM's Unicode Technology team, where he contributes code and design expertise to both the Java i18n and IBM Classes for Unicode projects, chairs the I18N subcommittee of the ECMAScript working group, and engages in various side projects. He writes a column on Java programming for "C++ Report" magazine and regularly speaks and writes on a variety of programming topics.
