Philip Blair, jr. - International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (The World Bank)
An American, Mr. Blair now bureaucrats at the Information Solutions Group of the World Bank in Washington, D.C. (the only national capital in the world whose citizens are denied voting representation in the national legislature). He has lived in Central America and the Andes, especially in Bolivia. He holds a M.A. in anthropology from Cornell University, and has done research in the ethnography, ethnohistory, and language of the Aymara, as well as work in applied anthropology.
