Actually it is in a "holding bucket" in WG2, and should be going out
in the near future as a pDAM. It has not gone out for balloting quite
yet. [The reason being that WG2 collects small numbers of additions into
buckets before they are processed. The overhead of doing a pDAM is quite
high.]
