Is somebody aware of a C/C++ library containing Unicode String and File
handling functionalities (Conversion from/to common charsets, pre
composition-decomposition, string comparison, case conversion, save/read
file in UCS2, UTF8...) runnning on Windows 9x/NT and UNIX, either as a
freeware or commercial software.
