Unicode for Malayalam Language.

Hi,
        A number of essential glyphs used in the scripts of Malayalam
        are missing from its code chart and its name table.(refer
        http://www.unicode.org/Unicode.charts/normal/U0D00.html)

        Can those glyphs be included in the next version of the Unicode ?
