There is some likelihood with regard to the Roadmap. Cirth is fairly
stable, and Tengwar has some unique features which need discussion. You're
welcome to review the proposals. There are a couple of additional
discussion papers, but I'm pressed for time before the Bank Holiday weekend
and don't have the URLs to hand.
