    I have not written U+069C into the Unicode standard.
    I found U+069C in the Unicode standard with the hint
    "Moroccan Arabic".

    If you think that the inclusion of U+069C is not justified,
    then you should address unicode.org to have this letter
    labelled "obsolete" or "erroreous" or whatever.
