When you submit formal feedback, then please make it explicit and
actionable. For example, it is not clear to me what you mean with "inherent
values". And when you say "symbol - fill 1 - rotation 1", is that a
sequence of three characters?

(By the way, this sounds a bit like issues with sorting Hangul LV vs. LVT
syllables.)
