Yogesh,

Assuming the data is stored correctly on disk, the problem is most likely with
the application implementation.

You will need to check whether the encoding of the web page is set up correctly
and whether you are binding to retrieve UTF-16 in ODBC. If you are unsure about
the latter, under the Oracle 8 Driver Configurator ensure `Force SQL_WCHAR
support' is selected under the Workaround tab.
