Description of Issue:

In conjunction with the Unicode 15.0 alpha review the list of Emoji 15.0 draft candidates is now available for review and comment. The candidates are slated for release in September 2022 together with Unicode 15.0.

The list of draft emoji candidates can be found in the background document, and in the corresponding future candidates page until the close of this PRI.

Based on feedback to provisional candidates (PRI #435), changes have been made to several character names and one candidate has been changed to a ZWJ sequence for improved backwards compatibility. In addition, tentative code points are now provided.
