Description of Issue:

In this draft, the provisional kIRGDaeJaweon and kIRGKangXi properties were removed, the syntax and description of the kIRG_GSource property were updated, the descriptions of the kIRG_KSource and kIRG_UKSource properties were updated, and U+2B81E was added to the first table in Section 4.4.
