To view Arabic HTML pages on non-Arabic enabled  Windows, one possible
solution is to use Microsoft Internet Explorer ver. 4.01 enabled for the
Middle East ( http://www.microsoft.com/ie). Just make sure you have fonts
that contains Arabic glyphs on your system. You can read the release notes
after you setup for more information.
