    The Unicode Technical Committee has posted resolutions for several public
    review issues. Details are on the following web page:

    Briefly, the resolved issues are:

        20 Draft UTR #31 Identifier and Pattern Syntax
        29 Normalization Issue
        30 Bengali Khanda Ta
        32 Proposed Update UTR #23 Character Property Model
        35 Encoding of LATIN SMALL LETTER C WITH STROKE
        36 Draft UTR #30 Character Foldings

    The following public review issues are still open, and their closing dates
    have been extended to August 3, 2004:

        25 Proposed UTR #17 Character Encoding Model
        31 Cantonese Romanization
        33 UTF Conversion Code Update
        34 Draft UTS #35 LDML
